Description

This repository contains the replication R script for performing network analysis on climate change emotional responses in Ukraine (2024, N = 309). The script includes: 1. Data preprocessing and strict variable ordering. 2. Network estimation using the EBICglasso method (cor_auto). 3. Centrality analysis (Strength and Expected Influence) along with node ranking. 4. Bridge centrality analysis based on predefined theoretical communities. 5. Bootstrapping procedures for edge accuracy (5000 iterations) and centrality stability evaluations. This code is provided to ensure full transparency, open science practices, and the exact reproducibility of the study's network modeling findings.

Steps to reproduce

To reproduce the network analysis: 1. Ensure you have R or Positron installed along with the required packages: qgraph, bootnet, networktools, NetworkComparisonTest, and dplyr. 2. Download the 'data.csv' file from the primary data repository. 3. Open the R script and update the file path in read.csv() to match your local directory. 4. Run the script sequentially to generate the network visualizations, centrality matrices, bridge expected influence, and bootstrap accuracy plots.
