Description

The data set of preferences of Russian consumers when choosing beef is presented. Consumers were surveyed by the method of online questioning with the help of a specialized Internet resource. Three questions were asked: what color of meat do you prefer when choosing beef, what color of fat do you prefer when choosing beef, what marbling do you prefer when choosing beef.
