Supplementary data 1 (Supplementary data 1.xlsx). Supplementary sequence information of all individual samples from roe deer, including the intrinsic (age and sex) and extrinsic (hunting location) factors considered. Babesia and Theileria isolates were characterized at the 18S rRNA and ITS1 genes. For each isolate, the amplicon length and the closest matching sequences in GenBank are included. The GenBank number of unique partial sequences is also included.
