Steps to reproduce

Get the file "Coleta_de_dados_geral.xlsx", filter the of the respondents that's travalled, after that, split the database in two parts representing the firts half of the collected data. Apply this data to factor analyses in SPSS software version 22 or above. The same results are processed in the files "faro_analise_fatorial.spv" and "analise_dados_faro_hospitalidade_aviacao.sav" where the procedures indicated were applied to obtain the model.
