Smith, Adam Runions, Miltos Tsiantis* *Corresponding Authors: Miltos Tsiantis (tsiantis@mpipz.mpg.de) Leaf1 development in SPL9 epidermal-expression plants (pATML1::mTFP1:SPL9r) was tracked daily for five days (D1-D5; D, days after initiation). mTFP1 signals from the plasma membrane were captured by a Leica TCS SP8 Confocal Laser Scanning Microscope, and images were channel-split and converted into .tif format stacks using FIJI.
