Description

The data are obtained from publicly accessible international databases. The Logistics Performance Index (LPI) data are sourced from the World Bank’s Connecting to Compete database. The E-Government Development Index (EGDI) is obtained from the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs (UN DESA) E-Government Survey. Maritime connectivity indicators are derived from the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) Liner Shipping Connectivity Index (LSCI) database. Institutional quality indicators are obtained from the Sustainable Governance Indicators (SGI) dataset published by the Bertelsmann Stiftung. Consumer price index data are sourced from the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), and fossil fuel subsidy data are obtained from the International Monetary Fund (IMF).
