Steps to reproduce

Download and extract the replication package. Install Python 3.10 or later. From the package root directory, install the required dependencies: pip install -r requirements.txt Reproduce the main empirical results by running: python run_all.py On Windows, run_all.bat provides the same entry point. On Linux/macOS, ./run_all.sh can be used. Reproduce the additional robustness analyses by running: python run_full_robustness.py Generated results are written to: results/output/ Variable definitions are provided in docs/DATA_DICTIONARY.md, data sources in docs/DATA_SOURCES.md, and the mapping between paper results and generated output files in docs/PAPER_RESULT_CROSSWALK.csv. The replication package includes all analysis-ready datasets required to reproduce the reported estimates. The large underlying raw provider files are not redistributed and are not required to run the replication code.
