Data for a van der Waals interfaces cleaning strategy

Description

This dataset contains relevant data generated during the study of the interfacial cleaning strategy, including corresponding photoluminescence and Raman spectra, as well as photodetector performance data.

Steps to reproduce

The fabricated samples were characterized by Raman spectroscopy and PL. All optical measurements were conducted at room temperature. Both PL and Raman spectra were acquired using 532 nm laser excitation. Typical laser power levels were approximately 45 μW for PL measurements and 450 μW for Raman measurements. The measurement conditions for optoelectronic tests are specified within the corresponding data files.
