Data from the manuscript "Age at Infection as a Key Predictor of Cyst Burden in Pigs Experimentally Infected with Taenia solium", corresponding to the number of Taenia solium cysts found at necropsy in pigs experimentally infected with 20,000 eggs at different ages. The dataset includes several other variables, which were incorporated into a negative binomial regression to assess statistical differences in the number of cysts present at necropsy and to develop a predictive model.
