Description

The data Otindag.xlsx comprises geographical locations of longitude (E) and latitude (N), annual average temperature (AnTem), annual precipitation (AnPre), fractional vegetation cover (FVC) on August 20, 2019, corresponding soil organic carbon (SOC) in the 0-20 cm soil layer, dominant plants at 75 investigated sites.

Steps to reproduce

The SOC and dominant plants are surveyed by us in 2019. The climatic data were cited from worldclim.org/data/worldclim21.html (Fick and Hijmans, 2017), and the FVC were cited from www.csdata.org/p/1067/3/ (Zhang et al., 2024).
