Description

This dataset includes data about 760 landmark constitutional decisions delivered by 18 constitutional courts. It complements the dataset that has been compiled by the Comparative Constitutional Reasoning (Conreason) project. Our research explores how often judges write separate opinions in different jurisdictions.
