this is the first study to check for the combined effectiveness of dry needling and neurodynamic mobilisation on respective neural and musculoskeletal componenets of patients suffering from piriformis syndrome .results showed significant changes in managing pain, improving pressure threshold and functional capabilities of lower extremity.

it was gathered by doing purposive sampling , selected participant on the basis of selection criteria , WHO Forms were signed , particpants were evaluated by outcome measures(VAS, hip rotation, h latency,algometer, LEFS and the were analysed and got treated with two recents advancement dry needling and neurodyamic mobilisation (sliders)
