in_vivo_expression_feature_importance_estimation.txt, Related to Figure 7B. Similar to Data S8, but features are profiled from human MirGeneDB miRNA precursors. The expression of miRNA precursors is measured by mean RPM across 26 types of human tissues curated from public small RNA sequencing datasets by the MirGeneDB study (Fromm et al., 2020).
