Steps to reproduce

If you want to generate the dataset from the raw BRFSS, you must first download the 2011-2017 SAS Transport files directly from the CDC: https://www.cdc.gov/brfss/annual_data/annual_2019.html Alternatively, you can start with "Raw BRFSS 5-9-21.csv" which includes the relevant BRFSS years and variables, but has no further data preparation. You can then run the "Data Prep 5-9-21.R" script to generate the analytic file. You could also skip the data prep entirely, and start with "Prepped BRFSS 5-9-21.csv." You may then proceed directly to running the analytic code.
