Description

Summary statistics for two quantitative GWAS (mGWAS) on 135 metabolic biomarkers from the UK Biobank performed in ME/CFS (n=875) and healthy controls (n=36,033). mGWAS was performed using the Covariate Multi-phenotype Study method, which has been optimised to screen for hundreds of phenotypes and to increase effective sample size.
