Description

Code to calculate rate of adaptation for a virus that has been sequenced over time. The rate_of_adaptation.ipynb notebook will calculate the rate using an outgroup that gets updated over time, while the rate_of_adaptation_bhatt.ipynb notebook will calculate a rate using a fixed outgroup
