Transcriptomic expression profiles of rat liver tissues following hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury treated with biomimetic nanoplatform

Description

RNA sequencing was conducted on liver tissue samples obtained from six rats following ischemia-reperfusion injury. The raw sequencing reads were aligned to the reference genome, and gene-level expression abundance was quantified in transcripts per million (TPM). The resultant TPM expression matrix was saved in the RDS format and can be subsequently imported into R for downstream analyses via the readRDS() command.
