Description of this data

Supplemental data 1: The fractional abundance of iGDGTs and OH-GDGTs from both ultrasonic method and Bligh-Dyer in the SCS.
Supplemental data 2: Results from Wilcoxon signed-rank test (a kind of paired t-test) showing a significant difference in the iGDGTs and OH-GDGTs concentrations between the BDM and UE datasets, as well as the GDGT-based indices. Asymptotic significance (double side) < 0.05 indicates a significant difference at the confidence level.
