Database includes measured data from 90 spatial sampling points on particle-size fractions of soil organic carbon (POM, MAOM), microbial properties (microbial biomass carbon, basal respiration), soil texture (silt, clay) and mineral composition of Chernozem topsoil (0–10 cm) under conventional tillage and no-tillage (Samara region, Russia). Date of soil sampling was October 2022.
