Certified gate staggering: code, benchmark instances and aggregate approval-load results
Description
Code, unit tests, 40 generated benchmark instances, aggregate relative-day results and optimality certificates supporting the manuscript “Certified gate staggering: exact levelling of engineering approval workload mined from construction baseline schedules” by Ahmad Baghdadi. The native EPC baseline and chain-level source data are commercially confidential and are not included. The benchmark instances and methods can be reproduced from the archive; the published Case A aggregate results and certificates can be inspected but cannot be regenerated from the archive alone. This deposit excludes the separate KAAR approval matrix and its results.

Steps to reproduce
Unzip gatestagger_code_and_data.zip. Install Python 3.11 or later and dependencies listed in requirements.txt. Run python -m pytest -q tests, then python examples/demo.py. Run python examples/benchmark.py to regenerate benchmark comparisons; OR-Tools is needed for the optional CP-SAT comparison. The README identifies the files and their limits.
