KM in SOEs

Description

The study is on the status of Knowledge Management (KM) in selected state-owned entities in the country. The aim is to establish the extent to which the country has embraced KM as an emerging discipline and business practice to catalyze business processes, identify gaps and opportunities for improvement, and recommend ways in which policy-makers and captains of industry can leverage KM for value creation. We believe the research results of our study will contribute towards the national development goals in accelerating economic growth through knowledge management.
