This dataset contains the repository-ready public data and representative code supporting a manuscript on literature-reconstructed carbon-dot photoluminescence prediction. The package includes figure source data, aggregate model metrics, external-validation tables, a redacted/demo ML-ready data table, a public data dictionary, a minimum reproducible reporting checklist, release manifests, checksums, and helper scripts for checking source data, public data formats, summary metrics, and representative modelling or applicability-boundary analyses. The public subset is intended to support inspection of manuscript figures, aggregate model claims, external validation results, public field definitions, and representative analysis steps. Publisher-copyrighted full-text articles, long verbatim evidence excerpts, and complete source-text corpora are not redistributed.
