Datasets Comparison

Example neuron dataset imaged using spinning disk confocal microscopy with a pixel size of 65nm and z-step of 150nm. This dataset includes corresponding restoration and RESPAN analysis.

Analysis outputs can be reproduced by using the RESPAN (https://github.com/lahammond/RESPAN) analysis pipeline.

Five example neuron datasets acquired with a Yokogawa W1 spinning disk confocal mounted on a Nikon Ti2 inverted microscope controlled with NIS-Elements. Images were acquired with a 100× 1.35 NA SR HP Plan Apo silicone immersion objective and a Prime BSI sCMOS camera (Teledyne Photometerics), resulting in pixel size of 65nm and a z-step size of 150nm. Example expected results from RESPAN processing are also included.
