This dataset contains single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) data generated from pancreatic islets isolated from mice maintained on a normal diet (ND) or an 8-week high-fat diet (HFD). The dataset was generated to characterize transcriptional heterogeneity within pancreatic islet cells and to assess changes in cellular transcriptional programs associated with HFD exposure. This file represents 1/4 files of the single-cell RNA-seq dataset.
