Description

This dataset contains the raw experimental and simulation data used to generate the graphs presented in the associated study. It also includes the ImageJ simulator plugin used for radiographic image simulation, as well as the Java source code for the sample optimization procedure based on the Multi-Objective Particle Swarm Optimization (MOPSO) algorithm. The raw data files provide the numerical results used for plotting and analysis, while the ImageJ plugin and Java code enable replication of the simulation and optimization workflows. This dataset supports full transparency and reproducibility of the methods and results reported in the paper. The folder contains: 1.Excel files containing analysis data 2. Java source code for parameter analysis and thickness optimization 3. Radiography simulator that run as ImageJ plugin (a ready to run ImageJ sofware that containg the plugin simulator) 4. Instruction on how to run the plugin (powerpoint format)
