Prurigo Nodularis (PN) is increasingly recognized as a systemic inflammatory disorder, yet CBC-derived systemic inflammatory indicators—proven valuable in other dermatoses—have not been systematically evaluated in PN. To address this gap, we conducted a large-scale multi-center cross-sectional study involving 390 PN patients (subdivided into atopic and non-atopic subtypes), 378 Atopic Dermatitis (AD) patients, and 400 healthy controls from 205 hospitals across 30 Chinese provinces. We analyzed six key inflammatory indicators (NLR, MLR, ELR, BLR, PLR, SII) to explore their correlations with clinical features, subtype differences, and 12-week treatment response.
