Hong ZhouDescription
Raw data of sedimentary chloropigments (Chl-a and Ph-a) and total organic carbon (TOC) measurements sampled from 111 stations in the Bohai Sea (BHS), northern Yellow Sea (NYS), southern Yellow Sea (SYS), East China Sea (ECS) and the northern South China Sea (SCS) in spring-summer (SS) and autumn-winter (AW) seasons of 2014 and 2015, along the east continental shelf of China. Data of latitude-longitude coordinates, depth, bottom water temperature, bottom water salinity were collected by a Sea-Bird 911 plus CTD (Sea-Bird Inc., USA). The depth was artificially classified into 4 depth levels. Measurements of sediment grain size parameters were provided as median particle diameter (MPD) and silt-clay%.
