In the present study, two novel strains AHB1 (PRRSV 1) and Chah2022 (PRRSV 2) were successfully isolated, and their pathogeinicity was evaluated using pigs.Here, we provide the original data about the pathogenicity parameters, including temperature, clinical scores, average daily weight gain, antibody and viral load. The data presented in the manuscript and figures was all from the raw numerical data using GraphPad Prism 8.0 software.
