Raw, unprocessed live cell imaging data for the key Figure 1 of the manuscript "Inducible transcriptional condensates drive 3D genome reorganization in the heat shock response" by Chowdhary et al. These data demonstrate that Hsf1, Mediator, and RNA Pol II form subnuclear clusters upon heat shock. These clusters colocalize in the 3D nuclear space and activate transcription of HSR genes.
