This file includes raw data from four growth assays tested on Batrachochytrium dendrobatidis to quantify growth at low and high cell concentrations alongside incremental levels of stressors. Assays include optical density, BacTitre Glo assay (luminescence ATP assay), methylene blue colorimetry, and microscopic image analysis.
