This dataset contains isotopic (δ¹⁸O and δ³⁴S) and geochemical (SO₄²⁻, Cl⁻, pH, and dissolved oxygen) data obtained from mineral (sulphide and sulphate), mine water, and groundwater samples. Sulphide and sulphate minerals come from active mine workings at depths of ~60–230 m. Sampling site: Silesian–Cracow Pb-Zn ore district, Poland.
