Description

This dataset pertains to the Xichuanhe catchment and was used in the development of a distributed hydrology and soil erosion model, as described in the study "Development and Application of a Distributed Hydrology and Soil Erosion Model in a Semi-Arid Catchment, China." The dataset consists of nine folders, each containing specific types of environmental and hydrological data: 1. Rainfall: Includes a rainfall location map and observed rainfall data. 2. Runoff and Sediment Discharge: Contains hydrological station maps along with observed runoff and sediment discharge data. 3. Temperature: Provides daily temperature records, including maximum, minimum, and average values. 4. Radiation: Contains daily radiation data. 5. DEM: Digital Elevation Model (DEM) map representing the topography of the catchment. 6. Soil Types: A soil classification map of the study area. 7. NDVI: Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI) maps for the years 1986, 1990, 2014, and 2015. 8. Land Use: Land use classification maps for the years 1990 and 2010. 9. Terrace: A map illustrating the distribution of terraces in the catchment.
