Description
The data were collected from domain experts through a structured questionnaire to determine the relative importance of key criteria influencing welder performance assessment and work allocation. The survey employed pairwise comparisons among five criteria: Learning Effectiveness (LE) Operational Efficiency (OE) Job Weight Weld Volume Skill Level Respondents assessed the comparative significance of these criteria using a numerical preference scale. The collected judgments serve as input for the Full Consistency Method (FUCOM), which is used to derive criterion weights while ensuring consistency in expert evaluations. Subsequently, the obtained weights can be integrated into the MARCOS (Measurement Alternatives and Ranking according to Compromise Solution) method to evaluate and rank alternative welders or welding task assignments.
