The dataset highlights the factors of technological sovereignty and innovative activity of agricultural enterprises that affect the food security of Russia. The sample includes 95 structural units (observations) allocated by Rosstat when compiling statistics on the regional economy of Russia (including regions, largest cities and federal districts). The dataset also includes all-Russian statistics. Data are for 2020 (end of the year). Data source: Rosstat (2022). Regions of Russia. Socio-economic indicators - 2021. In the dataset, firstly, the maximum values among the regions of Russia were calculated: using the function of finding the maximum for the sample in Excel. Secondly, arithmetic averages among regions: using the function of finding the arithmetic average in Excel.
