Description

The data is the signal data collected by tapping two pipes of the same specification at five different locations under seven different working conditions. Data set 1 and data set 2 correspond to two pipelines respectively, and A-G in them correspond to seven different working conditions. Working condition 1 is the original pipeline without corrosion, and working condition 2 is the pipeline 10h after the first corrosion, which is followed by 5 times of corrosion for 6 hours each time. Therefore, working condition 7 is the pipeline after 40h corrosion. The values 1-5 in each working condition indicate the different tapping positions of each pipe, with the same spacing between each two adjacent tapping positions. The numbers 1-110 in the table represent 110 strokes at each tap position. In terms of corrosion, two carbon rods are connected to the power supply and electrochemical corrosion is carried out inside the pipeline to produce different working conditions. In the acquisition, the microphone of BK company is used as the acquisition device, connected to the acquisition card of NI company, the acquisition card is inserted into the acquisition chassis, and the chassis is connected to the notebook, and the acquisition is carried out through the labview program.
