The mediating effect of shift sleep disorder on work-family conflict and burnout among shift nurses

Description

To examine the prevalence of shift-related sleep disorders, work-family conflict, and job burnout among shift-working nurses, as well as to analyze the mediating role of shift-related sleep disorders in the relationship between work-family conflict and job burnout within this population.

Steps to reproduce

The SPSS26.0 software was used for data analysis. Demographic sociology data was described using frequency and percentage, while scores for sleep quality, WFC and burnout were described using mean and standard deviation. The Pearson correlation coefficients was used to analyze the relationship between shift sleep disorders, WFC and burnout. Multiple stratified linear regression was used to analyze the mediating effect of shift sleep disorders on WFC and burnout. The significance level was set at α=0.05.
