This dataset provides comprehensive molecular and phenotypic scoring data associated with the research article titled "Genetic Mapping of Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. vasinfectum Race 4 Resistance QTLs in a Gossypium hirsutum Backcross Population".The dataset contains experimental results from evaluating a BC2F2 backcross mapping population comprising 125 hybrid lines derived from the resistant donor parent Las Brenas-347 and the susceptible recipient parent R-M-2200, along with parental controls and susceptible checks.
