Description

Mycobacterium tuberculosis whole genome sequencing data from the CRyPTIC Consortium (https://ftp.ebi.ac.uk/pub/databases/cryptic/release_june2022/reuse/CRyPTIC_reuse_table_20231208.csv) was run through a pipeline created for a previously published study (https://doi.org/10.1016/j.cell.2025.09.005) to produce the genomics datasets uploaded here and required to perform analyses at https://github.com/abigailmfrey/IdsA2_Paper_Code.
