Steps to reproduce

This dataset is a revision-specific evidence workbook supporting a critical structured review. Records were compiled from the reviewer-triggered prospective evidence update, screened against predefined inclusion criteria, assigned dispositions with documented reasons, and organized into Theory-of-Sampling, ore/process-stream, QA/QC, reviewer-action, and structured evidence fields. No experimental raw data were generated.
