Description

The primary purpose of this study was to investigate the association between the Osteopontin (OPN), microbiome and obesity. We used C57BL/6 mice and OPN-deficient mice with high-fat and normal diet diets. Using 16S amplicon sequencing to identified the differences in the composition of the intestinal microbiota and functional differences in different groups of mice.
