Steps to reproduce

The database contains antimicrobial resistance profiles of E. coli strains isolated from hospitalized infants in Chiapas. Bacterial identification and resistance profiles were determined using the Vitek system. The final columns show the results of lytic activity (using the spot test) of bacteriophages obtained from wastewater supernatants against multidrug-resistant E. coli strains.
