CWF：A large dataset containing information on symptoms and diseases

Description

This repository provides a validation subset of the CWF dataset. To ensure patient privacy, the CWF dataset consists of de-identified records sourced from public clinical databases. All personal identifiers were removed by the original data providers prior to our secondary analysis, rendering the study exempt from additional institutional review. This dataset contains 56,194 real-world clinical records, each of which includes coded data on symptoms, diseases, and herbal medicines. The full CWF dataset and complete knowledge graph will be made available upon reasonable academic request.
