Research data on immune regulation mechanism of low molecular weight Glycyrrhiza polysaccharide.

Steps to reproduce

In this study, the degradation site of Glycyrrhiza polysaccharide was obtained by in vitro simulation experiment. Then, the degradation and metabolism process of Glycyrrhiza polysaccharide in colon were explored by in vivo experiments, and the mechanism of regulating immune response was analyzed by multi-omics. Finally, the regulatory effects of intestinal flora and metabolites on immune response were verified by complementary experiments.
