Main code used for the simulations used in the paper "The SCF/KIT pathway implements self-organised epithelial patterning" to model the self-organization of MCC's below the epidermis.

Steps to reproduce

-> Run model_v3 in matlab using the desired values for the parameters ----------- - circle is a side function used to plot circles of desired sizes - epith2 is a geometry file for the epithelial layer used in model_v3 - order_index_normalized computes the order index from a given geometry (see paper)
