Description

This dataset contains derived analytical data, document-level metadata, post hoc dictionary materials, manual coding materials, R code, and output files associated with the article “Documenting Sustainability and Legacy in Sport: A Comparative Analysis of VogaShare and Paris 2024”. The analytical corpus comprises 15 English-language documents: six VogaShare documents and nine Paris 2024/Marseille-related documents. Copyright-protected source documents are not redistributed; stable identifiers and source links are provided in corpus_metadata.csv. The recovered R script reproduces aggregate case-level summaries, Table 1 data, Figure 1 data, Figure 1, and verification checks from the recovered page-level derived output. Primary thematic frequencies represent documentary emphasis and source coverage; they are not direct measures of programme effectiveness, causal impact, implementation quality, social impact, or environmental performance.

Files

Steps to reproduce

1. Download the dataset and preserve the folder structure. 2. Open the recovered R workspace containing the object `coded_pages`. 3. Open `02_original_analysis/analysis_original_recovered.R`. 4. Run the script in R 4.2.3 or a compatible R installation with the packages listed in `05_outputs/sessionInfo.txt`. 5. The script regenerates page-level and aggregate outputs, Table 1 data, Figure 1 data, Figure 1, and verification checks. 6. Confirm that `05_outputs/verification_checks.csv` reports TRUE for both case-level total-match checks.
