Description

This dataset contains the raw metabolomic data supporting the cellular response analysis of HaCaT keratinocytes and Caco-2 intestinal epithelial cells following treatment with Gelidiopsis variabilis polysaccharide fractions. The dataset includes relative abundance (%) data of amino acids and related metabolites detected in HaCaT and Caco-2 cells, as well as fatty acid metabolomic profiles of treated Caco-2 cells. These data provide detailed information on treatment-induced metabolic changes associated with wound-healing activity, cellular responses, and intestinal safety evaluation.
