Description

Raw CD data for protein E1-40COR30 and TAR(-) hairpin DNA. Data reported in millidegrees. Data shows that association with protein remodels DNA hairpin into a more ordered structure, contradicting our original hypothesis that it would unwind the helix similarly to thermal melting.
