Description

WCSB colonies were placed in a clone bank in 2017, 2018 and 2019 and in a pine forest in 2019. WCSB females laid egg masses along the weeks, which were available for native egg parasitoid. Egg masses were checked weekly and when at least one egg was parasitized the egg mass was collected and kept at laboratory condictions until parasitoids emergence. Eggs kept at laboratory were categorized in fertile eggs (WCSB hatch), non-fertile eggs and aborted eggs (WCSB no hatch), predated eggs and parasitized eggs by parasitoid species. Offspring were identified. WCSB population was recorded in a clone bank in 2018 and 2019. Amount and WCSB stages were recorded weekly.
