KRAS Inhibition Activates an Actionable CD24 “Don’t Eat Me” Signal in Pancreatic Cancer

PIPseq™ single cell RNAseq Tumor samples from vehicle (n=3) or AMG 510 (n=3) treated PDAC KRAS G12C mutant orthotopic mice tumor tissues were dissected, and single-cell suspensions were obtained. CD45+ enriched samples were preserved in PIPseq™ T20 3′ Single Cell Capture and Lysis Kit and processed on an Illumina NextSeq sequencer. The barcode-gene matrices from PIPseeker pipeline were further analyzed with the R package Seurat.
