Description

This repository consists of the code and a pre-trained model. The code is written in Wolfram Language. The code is LapCor9.nb. The pre-trained model is pretrained_corbox _ 1.mx. The code consists of an FE model of two-dimensional electrochemical corrosion with rectangular geometry. The model is based on Laplace's equation. The surrogate model is based on Gaussian Process Regression. The outputs from previous executions are left intact.

Steps to reproduce

- Run the light-blue cell to train the surrogate model and/or to set up and run the FE model of corrosion. - Run the blue cells to get the surrogate model immediately - Each cell has been labeled according to its functionality - Run the orange cells to get the pre-trained surrogate model (the pre-trained file should be in the default folder, run Directory[] command to show the default folder).
